My first night in Katoomba, I didn't feel like cooking so I went out to dinner. The fish cakes were rubbery, the chicken in the pasta wasn't cooked at first, and there was too much pesto, and over all it was less than great. But the blueberry cheesecake was yummy, and so all was good with the world!
